Resilience Profile
How well do you bounce back — and what helps you do it?
What this test measures
This assessment draws on two well-validated frameworks: Bruce Smith's Brief Resilience Scale and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale. It measures five dimensions known to predict how well individuals recover from stress, adversity, and setbacks: Adaptability, Self-Efficacy, Social Support, Emotional Regulation, and Optimistic Outlook.
What the Resilience Profile measures
Your answers are scored across 5 core dimensions:
- Adaptability
You manage change reasonably well, though significant disruptions can temporarily knock you off balance.
- Self-Efficacy
You generally believe you can cope, though self-doubt emerges in more demanding situations.
- Social Support
You have some social support but may not always reach out or lean on it consistently.
- Emotional Regulation
You manage emotions adequately most of the time, with some difficulty in high-intensity situations.
- Optimistic Outlook
You maintain a generally positive view but can slip into pessimism during extended difficulties.

How to read your results
Results from the Resilience Profileare for self-reflection and personal insight. No personality test captures the full complexity of a person, and your result is a snapshot of how you answered today — not a fixed label. Use it as a starting point for understanding patterns in how you think, decide, and relate to others, then take what resonates and leave what doesn’t.
